    Company was founded by Ing. Erich Rauch. First the business dealt with die casting systems; beginning in the 80s, the systems were self-produced.

  • 1985

    Start of production of Zinc hot chamber furnaces (ZMO).

  • 1986

    The first Zinc liquid feeding system via monorail (ZFTH) was installed.

  • 1992

    Delivery of the first Magnesium hot chamber furnace (MMO).

  • 1995

    Worldwide, the first Magnesium cold chamber furnace by RAUCH was put into operation.

  • 1996

    Magnesium in-house recycling systems (RSA) manufactured and put into operation.

  • 2000

    Development and commissioning of the first tiltable Magnesium low-pressure furnace (MNO).

  • 2001

    Magnesium alloying systems (MLA) starts production.

  • 2002

    Magnesium liquid metal transport (MFT) and Magnesium melting furnace (MSO) with a melting capacity of more than 1000 kg/h put into operation.

  • 2005

    Magnesium sheet casting (MBG) and vertical chill casting systems (MSG) put into operation.

  • 2007

    Mature of some systems such as magnesium Siphon, the EcoJet, the dosing upwards and Incell Recycling.

  • 2008

    Development of the first Lead melting furnaces.

  • 2009

    Successful test of the Magnesium low-pressure system.

  • 2010

    The Top blow rotary converter (TBRC), the Vertical expansion furnace (VEO) and the first Magnesium/Zinc evaporation system are developed.

  • 2012

    Realization of the fully automated two-furnace system with Incell recycling (recycling of class 1 scrap).

  • 2013

    Development of Magnesium / Aluminium sand casting system.

  • 2014

    Production of the first Magnesium / Aluminium low-pressure casting system.

  • 2015

    Realization of the Magnesium dosing furnace with recuperation technology (MDO250R) and pure Magnesium and alloying system for Magnesium ingot (MMGA).

  • 2016

    Realization of the unique Magnesium and Aluminium Low Pressure Equipment.

  • 2017

    Realization of the optimized advanced dosing system for high shot weights (ADSL).

  • 2018

    Realization of a plant with a melting capacity of 1100 kg/h with recuperator technology to save up to 30% of energy costs and up to 75% of running costs

  • 2019

    Realization of 4 large plants with a melting capacity of 1500 kg/h and a shot weight of 34 kg with recuperator technology to save up to 30% of energy costs and up to 75% of running costs

  • 2020

    Delivery of a magnesium melting and dosing furnace with recuperator technology with a melting capacity of 500 kg/h and a further large plant with a melting capacity of 1100kg/h for the US market
