i n e o is the award given by the chamber of commerce of Upper Austria to companies with exemplary dedication to apprenticeship training.  It is this very distinction that RAUCH Furnace Technology GmbH received in November 2018.  The award was given in recognition of the company's exemplary vocational training of apprentices. 

Currently, RAUCH Furnace Technology GmbH is employing four apprentices in their electrical engineering departments with focuses on systems and industrial engineering.   The award is also a great honor for the apprentice trainer, as Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Thomas Hotter, authorized officer and CFO of the company, emphasized:  "Our heartfelt thanks go to our apprentice trainer Patrick Münch for all his efforts on behalf of the apprentices and thus also on behalf of the entire company. i n e o is also a great distinction for our apprentices Benjamin Peschke, Niklas Schatzl, Christoph Schobesberger and Rene Trompeter.  A heartfelt thank you for your achievements in the company.   Had it not been for your presence and your contribution, we would not have received this distinction.  I would also like to thank Dipl. Ing. Helmut Pöll, who supported the boys in their theoretical training, as well as all our colleagues who continually enhanced our apprentices' experience with their expertise.   Thank you also to Ing. Peter and Martin Rauch, who allowed us free reign with regard to apprenticeships, which enabled us to create an excellent framework for the apprentices.
