Rauch manufacturing technology stresses the issue of in-house support of health and offered all staff members to participate in the so-called „moving pause“. These training units took place from 10.-24.11.2014 3 blocks each of 1 hour each. Simple exercises were shown which rapidly improve fitness and mobility in every-day working situation. The large number of employees participating was an indication that this type of actions are important and well valued. Training cost and working hours required fort he program were covered entirely by Rauch.
