Modern die casting foundries produce a significant amount of return material that can be effectively recycled thanks to our advanced recycling and alloying equipment. Our Magnesium Recycling Equipment (RSA) process almost all classes of magnesium scrap to HP quality. The batch process subjects the scrap to comprehensive salt and gas purification. After the detailed alloy analysis, targeted corrections can be made by adding alloying elements. The result is high-quality ingots that can either be used for the subsequent production process or fed directly into the die casting process in liquid form.
