The RAUCH Universal Crucible Furnace UTO offers maximum flexibility for the processing of aluminum and magnesium. With the option to choose between ceramic SiC crucibles and steel crucibles, alloy changes and melt treatments can be performed efficiently. The hinged extraction hood and optional fully tilting furnace design ensure easy crucible removal. The furnace can be operated with either electric or fuel-fired heating and supports protective gas or salt operation for magnesium.

The RAUCH Universal Melt Container USB is designed for the safe and efficient transport of aluminum and magnesium melt. With its optimized heating capacity, it ensures stable temperatures and minimizes temperature fluctuations during transport. The container can be used as a casting furnace in the Universal Casting Device UGV and can also be moved safely using a forklift or crane.
