End of June the world’s leading foundry event gained center stage in Dusseldorf, Germany, for the 14th time. Nearly 50.000 trade visitors from more than 100 countries stressed the importance of this mega event. RAUCH Furnace Technology was prominently represented as a worldwide successful partner for individual melting technology solutions.

Focused on the innovative furnace concepts for lightweight construction was for example the gas fired magnesium melting and dosing furnace with a melt rate of 1.500 kg/h  and a pumping rate of 5 kg/sec. The focus of the interested parties was – according to the trend of the current debate on climate change – on the possible CO2-savings, which can be achieved by the systems developed in Gmunden.

The low pressure systems for sand casting for aluminium and magnesium encountered much attention with its ground-breaking technology in the background.  RAUCH could obviously impress the expert visitors with their furnace technology and warm them up for detailed interest.

The magnesium furnaces with recuperator technology have been the third focus of the company presentation. RAUCH Furnace Technology sets a clear signal in terms of sustainability. The optimized furnace designs reduce energy costs and provide big cost savings in this way .

The appearance of RAUCH Furnace Technology at the GIFA 2019 was again a great success. During networking with interested co-exhibitors and visitors a close look into the international projects has been made and further potential  has also been evaluated. The anticipation to the next trade fair in Düsseldorf is great, although our exhibition team must be patient as the next GIFA takes place in 2023.

But, there's the Euroguss in 2020, where RAUCH Furnace Technology will be naturally again on fire for all their guests!
